What is Coaching?
Coaching is a supportive relationship that helps you gain clarity about what’s most important to you, set goals that are aligned and meaningful, and move beyond your usual stopping points to achieve them by focusing your attention and energy and tapping into your internal resources.
Am I the Right Coach for You?
I love to support purpose-driven individuals who are committed to living consciously, compassionately, and building a better world. This includes non-profit, social impact, or humanitarian professionals, educators, those in pastoral or ministerial roles, medical professionals, and dedicated volunteers. I'm not limited to working with clients in these roles though and will be happy to partner with anyone who'd like to benefit from coaching.

What can I expect from our coaching sessions?

Some Important Distinctions
Clients sometimes come to coaching expecting therapy, counseling, consulting, mentoring, or training. While these are all beneficial in particular contexts, coaching is a distinct approach. Here’s how:

Therapy or counseling helps you gain important insights and experience healing. Coaching supports you to gain clarity about what is most important to you and take action toward your vision and goals.
Mentoring offers guidance from someone with more experience and success in a particular field or area. Coaching guides you according to your own values and intentions.
Consulting provides solutions based on another’s subject matter expertise. Coaching helps you tap into your own wisdom and emboldens you to act upon it.
Training follows a set curriculum toward pre-defined learning objectives. Coaching reveals your own objectives and helps you chart your own path to fulfill them.
Getting Started
I offer a free 45-minute discovery session to discuss what you’d like to achieve and decide if coaching is right for you. We'll start by clarifying what you'd like to get out of working together as well as answering any questions you might have.

There's no obligation at all. If it doesn't feel like a fit, I'll be happy to share referrals to other excellent coaches in my network. I can also help you decide if a different approach might be better suited to your needs.
Investment
My minimum coaching package includes 12 one-hour sessions over 6 months, along with text and email support in between sessions as desired. This time frame is long enough to achieve meaningful results and short enough for a do-able commitment. You can always rewew if you choose.

I believe strongly in the value of coaching because I’ve experienced its benefits in my own life. To make it accessible to people in a range of financial situations, I offer a sliding payment scale. My fee structure to the right includes two 50-minute sessions per month, as well as any text and email support you might like in between.
I ask that you select a tier that’s an authentic stretch for you, but not a hardship:​
